Our teen/adult program focuses on the traditional Korean martial art of "Soo Bahk Do" ("Hand Strike Way). Our energy packed class will lead students through rigorous physical training infused with traditional methodology. From padding to HIIT drills and everything in between. This program will deepen your understanding of the martial arts while benefiting from burning calories and losing weight. (No prior experience needed)
